Description
New Residential development has been achieved. On this 2,100 sqm former D1 building in Chelmsford, Essex. A new third storey was added to the building by upgrading the façade with contemporary materials and the introduction of private balconies to all units. These additions facilitated the extension and conversion of the building into 25 self-contained flats.
